Imperial Corp was founded by Inderjeet Singh and Komalbir Singh, self-made entrepreneurs who began their journey in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The Group began its journey in Real Estate and Construction, where it built a strong foundation through focused development and consistent execution. This early phase shaped the Group’s approach to growth, quality, and long-term planning.
As the business evolved, Imperial Corp expanded into Hospitality, IMFL Manufacturing, and Food & Beverage, broadening its presence across multiple industries. Each expansion was driven by strategic intent and a clear understanding of market opportunities, enabling the Group to scale its operations with purpose and direction.
Today, Imperial Corp continues to grow as a multi-sector enterprise, developing businesses that reflect thoughtful planning and a forward-looking mindset.
